Coaching Services
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
- If coaching sessions have been pre-paid but not yet provided, a refund of the balance may be issued upon request.
Courses and Workshops
- Once a course or workshop has started, no refunds will be provided.
- For group programs:
- If a participant has attended any sessions, no refunds will be given for missed or remaining dates.
- In certain cases, credit may be issued toward another course or service at our discretion.
Other Services
- For services not rendered, a refund may be provided upon review.
General Terms
- Credits: In lieu of refunds for eligible cases, participants may be offered credit to be applied toward future courses or services. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Refundable Items: No refunds are available for digital products, downloadable resources, or gift cards.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any products or materials associated with our services. All sales are final.
Disclaimers
- Missed Sessions: Missed sessions or classes will not be refunded. Rescheduling or credit options may be provided at our discretion.
- Review and Assessment: Requests for refunds or credits are subject to review and are not guaranteed.
