Life Integrity
This 16-week group is intended for participants who are able to acknowledge that their sex addiction has been psychologically harmful to their partners. The group will utilize Dr. Omar Minwalla’s CASRD & Trauma Model* as a framework.
Additionally, they will create a success plan that will aid continued development and growth in empathy and partner sensitivity.
The coaching process will weave together the above model with Kasàlà’s, a creative means to reconnect with oneself, your humanity, and with other men in the group. Kasàlà is about Ubuntu, a philosophy that guides us in knowing that we need others in order to be successful; in order to be seen, known, valued, or successful; we need and must connect with others.
These models and experiences will strengthen participants’ ability to
- Take responsibility
- Understand themselves better and more deeply
- Reclaim and define their human Christ-like spirit (Ubuntu)
- Recover or discover their humanity (Ubuntu)
- Create a new view of themselves in truth
- Grow in authentic appreciation of their partners
- Define the impact they want to have on society and other human beings

Life Integrity is living from the place of being honest and truthful. It is embodying moral uprightness and living by moral principles. It is not acting like a person with integrity. It is being that person in the core of your existence especially when no one is looking or holding you to account.
Life Integrity is important because it makes you secure and assured in who you are as a person. When you know who you are, you are able to share the wonder of yourself with others without fear, shame or guilt. Life Integrity enables you to live in the light of truth, knowing that you are not an imposter.
Many sex addicts are integrity abusers. They have shattered their partner’s world with their secret basements. They are unable to empathically connect with their partners. Because of this they constantly traumatize and retraumatize their partners.
This course is for sex addicts (betrayers) that:
- Acknowledge that they are integrity abusers
- Want to help their partners heal
- Are willing to do the hard work and are ready to do whatever it takes to recover their true self as a Man of Integrity
The course is designed to help sex addicts (betrayers) explore, choose and then sculpt the man they want to be. You will connect with your human-beingness.

In a nutshell, you will connect with her by connecting with your emotional self. You will feel and understand her pain as you release your own. You will understand what she has been experiencing as you walk a little in her moccasin’s.
At every stage you be pressed to make choices.

With every choice you will either continue to be the man that are or you will become the new man you envision.
The course will do what you allow it to do.
Kasala’s are a form of poetry that gives participants an opportunity to safely explore, release, interpret, create, and voice what has been trapped within them. It opens the way for them to envision a new way of being and interacting. It helps them to connect with their true selves and with others through the shared space of humanity and their human-beingness.
It allows participants to announce to the world who they are and what their purpose is. It opens the way for them to tell their story as they acknowledge the many contributors throughout their lifetime.
Kasala’s are magical in that they will allow you to see your sexual betrayal through the lens of your partner with honesty and truth while giving you an opportunity to change how you will be as you continue in life.
It opens a way to envision a new reality and helps each participant to find their path to tangibly manifest it.
